I knew she was the one I needed to be my brand designer. The fact that she wanted to hop on a phone call and hear about my story first off just goes to show that she really truly does invest right back into her clients and that's what I loved so much about her from the beginning. There was never any push back, she just has such a heart for what she does and for people and she cares.

Sarah truly brought me to tears multiple times when she would send me revisions and she just got everything I was saying even though I made so many changes because I wanted it to be perfect. Someone has to understand you and take everything that's in your heart and mind and soul and turn it into a beautiful magical masterpiece that basically screams you when they click on the page, or magazine, or instagram highlight.

It meant I had to set my ego aside and accept the fact that I needed help. 'Hiring a designer was something that took a lot for me to do. She brought to life what we had wanted from the very beginning.The end result is a brand that we LOVE and speaks to who we are as a business and actually CONNECTS with our couples and makes us money! Sarah made it a priority to get to know us, our core values, and our goals and beautifully translated that into the brand we now have. We had tried to do our own branding and design from the very beginning and we had gone through so many loopholes to not have to spend a ton of money and we even re-branded like 3 times! Not so surprisingly, every time we tried to do it ourselves, we ended up with a lackluster brand and message that wasn't beautiful, didn't connect with our couples, and in turn, wasn't helping our business! But then, we finally pulled the trigger and Sarah made it so easy by offering a simple monthly payment plan to help lower the impact of the cost. At the time we had our wedding photography business for I think 2 or 3 years so we were still very new and not making too much money. 'Sarah and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I have never truly been happy with my branding since 2017 but Sarah just completely understood me, my personal branding and understood the brief.
